One third of the way there!
I certainly hope that I won't have to eat an egg for two meals a day for the next 59 days, it really is a bit much. Other than that the diet is going well, I'm not as hungry as I thought I would be. I am sure that will come though.
The new workout is crazy, is one supposed to be able to chest dips from the get go? My upper body strength is still abit of a joke, so chest dips are near impossible.
Hi Samantha - I'm commenting on everyone's blog in our team! We're not in touch with each other much and I was reading the end blog from one guy who's just finished PCP - and he found his sub-group a real support! Hope you're doing well - I agree the new workout is pretty hardcore...but no pain etc etc. I want to say 'keep strong' like Patrick but sounds a bit corney to me! All the best, Simon R
